Great location near the river and close to the market. The swimming pool looked nice but I didn't use it. The room was big and the view of the river was amazing. The room had all the amenities I needed including a mini-fridge and good air-conditioning.

The staff was not helpful and unprofessional. The breakfast had limited options and was not that great. The noise from the outside was overwhelming and made it hard to sleep at night. The price was expensive, especially considering the lack of quality in the service. I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Good base for exploring Ziguinchor...

By and large, it was ideal place for sightseeing in Ziguinchor, had much fun. Paid 4500 xof per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it. Such helpfull staff;)))

We enjoyed the friendly staff, interesting little zoo, and nice swimming pool at this hotel located by the beautiful river. The breakfast had limited but interesting local options, and sometimes we were able to see dolphins in the river.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is located right on the river front and offers beautiful views of the river traffic and gardens. the rooms are spacious with high-quality furnishings and attached bathrooms with good water pressure. the staff is helpful and accommodating, providing a staff car in need of medical attention. the restaurant offers tasty meals and the pool is clean and inviting.

The breakfast buffet could use a larger variety of options.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Ziguinchor and it was amazing. the location of the hotel is great, right by the river, and the view was stunning. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They arranged a boat trip for us to the local reservations, which was fantastic. the restaurant had delicious food and the pool was clean and provided a great place to relax.

The check-in time, it was delayed by a couple of hours due to room cleaning. But the daily cleaning was efficient and thorough.

the restaurant served delicious food and the pool offered a clean and refreshing swim with a beautiful view of the Casamance river. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even providing their own car to take one of our group members to the doctor when they fell ill. This helpful service was provided free of charge. the rooms on the second floor were spacious, hygienic, and had chairs and a table outside, allowing us to enjoy the stunning view of the river and the well-maintained garden along the riverbank. the high quality of the rooms, the lovely views, and the excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable. 👌.
